this one's for you mama!

In earlier posts I have chatted about my father and given a shout out to my little sis, but today it's all about my mom.

My mom is the funnest and most hard working individual I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. These two qualities describe her more perfectly than anyone beside her close friends and family will ever understand. My mother is the type of person who loves to lay back and drink a beer, but this is only if she's already finish every goal she had set for that day.

My mom keeps the most gorgeous yard and cleanest house. She also runs one of the best preschools in our state. She is involved the community and goes above and beyond to make our little school great. On top of all this, she has never missed any event in either mine or my sisters lives. She's super woman.

While my mom and I have butted heads many times in the past, everyday I become more and more like her. I'm smiling as I write this because the truth is I wouldn't have it any other way. Mom, I love you more than you'll ever know. Thank you for teaching me the value of hard work, but also allowing me to enjoy life to its fullest.
