I am very proud to announce that this summer I will be interning for one of Denver's top wedding and event planning company's, Alexan Events. In all honesty, it has been a while since I wanted anything this badly. After interviewing, seeing the design warehouse, and meeting the women who run this amazing event planning firm, I was genuinely overwhelmed with excitement. I recently received news that I was selected to be one of three interns for the summer of 2011.
Since summer is wedding season I will be committed to spending my weekends at a number of events. I have never spent my break working, but I am ready the challenge. I cannot wait to get my feet wet in this area of work and am bursting at the seams to see where this could potentially get me. A new adventure awaits!
